If the products you have ordered arrive defective, we will replace it free of all charges including shipping, provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the order. You must notify us by email about the problem with the goods, how many of the goods are faulty, please also include your order number, your first and last name and the date the order arrived.
For returns of non-defective merchandise: A credit can be issued for the amount of the item purchased or we can make a refund of the amount of purchase provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the order. Shipping charges are not refundable.You must notify us by email the reason as to why you want to return or exchange the stand, please also include your order number, your first and last name and the date the order arrived. Please note that changing your mind or change in circumstances is not a reason.
